Who we are

Xtrapush Space is a trading name of Deegits Technology Limited (company number 15109595), a UK company. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions: conrad@deegits.com.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, password (stored by our sign-in provider, never in plain text), business details, website address, the details you give us when ordering a website, including a postal address if we register a domain for you, your messages to us, and payment records. We do not see or store your full card number. Our support chat stores nothing beyond what is needed to answer you.

Why we use it

To provide the service you asked for, which is our contract with you: running audits, building and hosting websites, registering domains, setting up email and taking payment. We rely on our legitimate interests to keep the service secure, fix problems and tell you about your account. We send marketing only where the law allows it, and you can opt out at any time.

Leads from your website

If you use lead capture, the enquiries your site receives are stored for you. You are the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf, so your own site needs its own privacy notice.

Who processes your data

We use these providers to run the service: Supabase (accounts and database), Vercel (hosting and domains), GitHub (website source files), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Purelymail (mailboxes), OpenRouter and the AI model providers it connects to (writing and analysis), Tavily (web research), Unsplash (stock photos) and Telegram (internal order alerts). Some are based outside the UK, and we rely on the safeguards they offer, such as the UK Addendum or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed. Payment and tax records are kept for as long as UK law requires, usually six years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict its use or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your choices. We do not use advertising cookies.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
