Who you are dealing with
Xtrapush Space is a trading name of Deegits Technology Limited (company number 15109595). By creating an account you agree to these terms. Contact: conrad@deegits.com.
Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Free previews
A free preview shows how your website could look. It is built automatically, may contain sample photos, products and prices, and is not a finished site. You may ask for a limited number of free changes. We may remove a preview that has not been launched. You owe nothing unless you choose to launch.
Website builds
The build fee shown at checkout is charged once when you choose to launch. Your domain and email are set up after payment. Check all wording, prices and legal details on your site before it goes live, because they are your responsibility.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans start when your site launches, or when you subscribe, and renew each month on the card you gave us until you cancel. Pay-per-lead plans also charge for each enquiry at the rate shown on your plan. Cancelling stops future payments.
Rankings and leads
Search engines and AI tools decide their own results, so we cannot promise any particular position, amount of traffic or number of leads.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you give us and confirm you have the right to use it. You give us permission to use it to provide the service. We have no obligation to publish anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, and we may suspend sites that are.
Domains
Domains registered for you are subject to the registry’s rules and renew yearly while your plan is active. Tell us before you cancel if you want to transfer a domain away.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law, or liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Limits on our liability
If you use the service for business, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can stop at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
